I cut out a civic harness from a bad wreck and thought it was a 92-95. Now Í'm not sure.
It has a total of 3 plugs (one plug is divided into three parts) and three colours

The first plug. Is actually 3 seperate parts. It is grey.
Each plug has 3 rows of connector and each row has a number of wires going to it.

The Second is is blue.
The plug has 3 rows of connectors but only 2 actually have wires running to it.

The third is green.
The plug has two rows of connectors and wires.

If you could tell me if this is from a 92-95 or a 96-00 that would be great. Any picks of the ECU male end of the connector would be great too!!

the harness you just described is the OBDII (96-2000) harness.

the OBDI (92-95) harness has 3 roundish grey plugs on the passenger side and 1 plug on the drivers side.

another way to tell the diffrence is the OBDI harness has two distributor plugs, and the OBDII harness has only one.

The 92-95 has more than one tower shock connections at the drivers side.
