so i have a dilemma, my buddy told me today he would trade me his 98 ek coupe with a 00 front end, si wheels, exhaust, full suspension, non vtec motor with no issues. car has no rust, front end black paint is a dif black paint then the back half. and he is also giving me a b16bottomend with a gsr head that is mint. now should i trade him for my mint ef? that is the question
 
Both are worth about $3k. It's just your personal preference.

I think the fact that you are asking on a Honda forum that you would probably prefer to keep your ef. Otherwise you would have traded already.
 
ive just had the ef for a long time its been my first project car...and out of all the cars ive ever owned my hatch is the funnest to drive by far....just the thought of something new is making me think about it
 
Well, if you want something new, sell yours and start fresh. Building is in your blood now. Don't buy someone elsew modified car.
 
you built your car, you know how reliable it is.
he built his, maybe, you have no clue how well its done or how reliable it is.

never trade for another persons project, you'll never get what you gave.
