What Swap Is Best For 94 Lx

hi, guys just wondering what is the best swap for a 94 civic lx. I wanted to make it as powerful as it can but NO FORCE INDUCTION, strictly NA and also need to run at least run 14 seconds(smaller figures would be better of course)

Sell the LX and get an EX or an Si.

It would be nice if you got a motor with a little more tq, your ride is pretty heavy also. I say any 1.8 vtec motor will do with the right parts and the right driver.
