Wheel and Tire Sizes

I have a 97 EJ, I am planning on getting 16" Slipstreams with Azenis. First off what offset should I get (40 or 45)? Then which tire size (215/45 or 205/55) This will be a street and mild track setup. Thanks!

depending on what width the rim is. if the rim is 7 inch, id opt for some 205 wide with a 40mm offset.
