here in pa you have to bring the animals out whole. a few years ago someone got a black bear a little over 1 thousand lbs and had to take it to the weigh station whole. luckly the game commission was nice enough to let him bring a backhoe one stategame lands

A hindquarter on a moose weighs between 150-250 lbs depending on the size of the moose. If you can throw an entire moose over your shoulder and pack it out, you'll just eat the whole thing in one sitting anyway.
