WILL a 99 si OBD2b swap out for an OBD1?

I am putting a 99 si b16a2 in my 92 si, i have OBD1 ecu and harness, if i switch the Obd2 distributor out for a OBD1, will i have to replace the intake manifold......i dont know I heard that somewhere
