Wiring Diagrams For V-tec

Now does any have the wiring diagram or know which cables I need to conect the v-tec and all the other cables
needed to make the car vtec. Now I'm using a P2P and it's a 2000 h/b and there both OBD 2 so what or where do the cables go in which pin should they go and
