Wiring problems?

I was wondering if I would have any wiring problems from puting an OBD-II LS motor in my '97 Civic DX. I really dont know much about wiring so if this is a dumb question, I am sorry. Let me know guys, thanx.

it should damn near plug up.... as long as there is no OBD2-a and OBD2-b differences you will have to fight with...
