WTB: D16A6 camshaft, throttle cable, intake manifold bracket, other misc. parts

I'm looking for a D16A6 camshaft to swap into my D15B1. Does anyone have one they are willing to part with?

I've already performed the MPFI swap, but I still need:
D16A6 throttle cable
MPFI intake manifold bracket (bolts to bottom of manifold and back of block)

Some other random parts if people have them:
89 Civic hatchback right and left trunk interior plastic trim pieces
89 Civic hatchback plastic trunk trim piece
89 Civic hatchback right and left rear seatbelts
