ZC swap in eg wiring of FIACV

Hello, I just swapped D16A8 into my civic eg but iddle rpm are not constant. I have not plugged connector shown in the picture, is it "Fast Idle Air Control Valve" and can do it? I found one wire go to ECU (B2 pin) but the second one cable don´t know where should I connect.

You can buy a adaptor plate (ex. Chetta racing) and use a usdm dseries intake manifold

Actually I have probkem with idle. Eacv cleaned and changed but nothing happend.
