If you're connected to XBOX Live when you take the photo, then it will prompt you to upload the picture to the Forza 2 website ( Forza Motorsport 2 | Forza Motorsport )
Then you go there, sign in to Windows Live, then you have access to the last four that you uploaded, depending on whether they have expired yet, of course.
