What about this combo

I have a 98 Civic LX Sedan stock. Except for an exhaust system header all the way back. Now i was curious as to a B16A with a Type R head and a GSR tranny. Now i am just tossing around the idea and need to know what im in for and what all i would be doing. Any help of any kind would be GREAT!

What are you trying to say? That setup is ok.

A PnP'd b16a head with Type R cams is a better choice though.

too bad it's a sedan. i'd aim for more torque. and we all know, there's no replacement for displacment. GSR motor (then you can get trans too) with a port n polish, type-r cams. what's your power goal tho.

Just curious, why the GS-R tranny? You'd actually be quicker with the B16 gearbox...
