I have a brand new Neuspeed rear lower tie bar for sale. It's brand new, never taken out of the plastic, in Chrome finish. I paid around $100 for it, I'm asking $75 with free shipping. Email me at confusatron74@yahoo.com Thanks.
I have a Turbonetics Boost controller for sale, $30 shipped anywhere in the U.S., all parts and instructions included. The box is dirty from being in the garage, but otherwise everything is good. Pics are attached. Email me at confusatron74@yahoo.com Thanks.
This harness is brand new in the plastic. I bought this harness a few months ago from Majestic Honda for around $190 PLUS shipping. The only thing missing is the speed sensor plug, which I cut off to replace on my car, so I cut the wires about 3 inches from the speed sensor. You can just...
I was wondering what the benefit would be of swapping my B16A final drive for the ITR final drive. I searched and didn't find anything to answer my question, kept getting error messages.
There could be hundreds of reasons why. His engine is a lot newer than yours for one thing. Yours has more age on it, thus might have a lot more wear and tear on it. Then you have two completely different drivers too. Take both cars to a shop that has a dyno and find out which engine makes...
I spent like $30 on a 97 ITR throttle cable from the local Honda dealer. I felt okay about spending thirty bucks, but I would have bought one of those brackets had I known they existed, to save fifteen.
get an H22A Type S swap for $3600 from hmotorsonline. Build it and get it tuned to 250-270 whp, and you are into the 11s if you know how to shift. It's been done more than once in the states. You'll probably spend about as much as a high powered turbo setup, engine building, and tuning on top...
I went to Hot Import Nights in Chicago last night. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Dozens of awesome cars, including a Twin Engine EF Civic Hatch. It had dual SOHC motors front and back.
It was way different this year than last year though, and not for the better. It was...
I have an ACT Prolite 8.8lb flywheel in my car, and I friggin love it. There's no loss of power at launch at all. In fact I would say it's easier for me to get off the line quicker, and more consistently, than it was with that 13lb stock steel wheel. I would never go back for any money...
None, in fact the more I drive it, the more I like it. Now...remember that I can't rev it up to 7k where I normally like to shift right now because of the break in period. I'm basically trying to keep my rpms below 4k when I go to shift. So bearing that in mind, I have absolutely no...
Man...I gotta say it was worth every penny spent. The clutch has really good grip, so much more so than my tired old OEM clutch that was in there before. Only thing is, since it's got a kevlar pressure plate, there's a warning that says I can't do high rpm shifts until after the 500 mile...
I would call the guys at Hasport at (602) 470-0065 and ask them what header you could use with your H22 swapped EK. Those guys are a fountain of knowledge when it comes to honda swaps, and I call them all the time with technical questions. Give it a shot.
Too it might be that I removed my rear seat and the back half of the interior and the spare tire. That's like I dunno a hundred or so pounds removed from the rear, which is probably making it worse. :) And it's too bad that a lot of the roads out here in Chicago are in such horrible shape...
As long as you're not converting an automatic EG to manual, your stock mounts are fine. You may eventually want to go with some urethane mounts, but your stock mounts will work fine for the swap.
I no longer have any love left for H&Rs. I'm sick and tired of the bumpy ride already, and I have my KYB AGXs set on 1/1. I give up. On a concrete highway with expansion joints or cracks, the ride is annoying as hell. I'm gonna try some Neuspeed eventually as they're supposed to have a...
I had a very serious problem with my Megan H Brace. I overtorqued the LCA bolts and ended up totally fucking up my LCAs and the nut that used to be :) welded inside the engine cradle that the LCA bolts to. I say "used to" because due to me overtorqueing the bolts, the nuts popped off and the...
I changed the setting on my front shocks from 4 down to 1 on Saturday. HOLY SHIT what a difference! The car rides so nice now, and handling didn't really suffer much at all. The ride comfort went up a hundred-fold. I don't know why I never tried this before. The rears are still set at 3...
