got a 93 civic lx w/ a b18c swap. engines running smooth...but the radiator fan isnt kicking on. the upper radiator hose gets hot as hell, as well as the lower radiator hose. the thermostat is brand new. the radiator fan switch is brand new. im not hear any weird noises from the water pump...
