how good are Aerospeed springs? yesterday I bought 4...rear being progressive rate, and the rears came with monroe gas-a-just struts....they were on a totaled 5g hatch. I got them b/c my teg springs were saggin in the rear. I put teg springs on the rear of my 5g civic sedan about 1 yrs...

went to the salvage yard today and got 2 teg ecu's one from a 86 and the other from 87. installed them in a 86 civic si...everything ran fine until it was tach'd out past 5k, then the pgm light came on...never came on with stock ecu...the tegs ecu flashed its led 8 times...any ideas?

Okay heres a thought to throw around...if the D15z isn't a great performance motor, I believe it was a mpg king in its day. The D15z had higher compression than th B7, but smaller valves. So, in theory, could'nt you just swab a B7 head for more power? I know you would lose vtec...or even a Z6 or...

does anyone know if b16 rods will work in a D15?...I know that early ZC's will but I noticed that the D15 and B16 have the same size rods..and of course the B16's are stronger than the D15....just a thought
