check the fuse for the ecu and fuel pump. if its not that, den check if dere's fuel coming to the car. if dere's no fuel, den da pumps no good. and if the pump the pump is good, the check ur fuel pump relay. i had the exact same problem. that's the step that i did.

doing this swap is not really hard at all. if you are putting in the b18c5 into da 93 hatch, don't use the obd2 engine harness off of it. use your stock obd1 engine harness from ur 93 civic. the only two plugs that you wont have is your v-tec. all your gonna have to do is cut off the two plugs...

so what you are trying to say is that you are gonna convert your del sol to a manual transmission. if so, your gonna have to use your 93 del sol engine harness. and you are gonna have to use a obd1 distributor. obd1 integra ecu.
