does anyone know how a engine temp sensor works? is it a hot and a ground or two hots? i mean the wires that go to the plugin.

ok i fixed all the loose wires and have my ecu code down to just engine coolant temp sensor. and i know i need that for vtec to work. but i cant figure it out. i have the one wire grounded and the other ran to the ecu where it needs to go. but its still throwing the code like its not working...

but will the b16 stuff work on the ls engine? i have 2 complete engines so i have all the parts. im just wondering if the b16 stuff will work on an ls engine. like will the ecu and the distributor work on an ls engine or will it run shitty.

i have a obd1 ls engine and an obd0 b16. if i put the obd0 dizzy and use the obd0 pr3 ecu will that work on an ls engine?

pr3 ecu. it threw a engine coolant sensor code, tps, and vtec pressure switch. i replaced tps but i think it might b the wiring becaese the previous owner converted from dpfi to mpfi and i dont know anything about that and it looks kind of hacked. but it threw the codes wehn i drove it home...

tps, engine cooant temp sensor, and vtec pressure switch. i reran the temp sensor and hte vtec pressure swithc and replaced the tps. idk if the wiring is wrong or wat because it was dpfi and it was converted to mpfi

i have a 91 crx si wiht a b16 swapped in it and icant figure out y it wont hit vtec. i chekced and some of the wiring like teh vtec pressure swithc was spliced it to some stuff by the injectors adn the o2 sensor was i;n the wrong place. im not sure if thats because it had a vtec controller...

i just picked up a crx wiht a b16 in it and the wiring is kind of hacked. lots of splicing and stuff. i think it is and si. it has a b16 in it and i ran all the vtec wires but it wont hit vtec. i let it warm up and everything. any one have any ideas on y it wouldnt hit?

i bought a crx and the wirering is pretty hacked. it used to have a vtec controller but for some reason my buddie ripped it out so obviosuly it wouldnt hit vtec. so i reran all the vtec wires, solenoid, pressure switch, o2 sensor, and the knock sensor. but it still wont hit vtec. any ideas? thanks
