everything is great did my wire harness from scratch car turns on just wont rev past 3000 rpm gives me code 4 ckp sensor what can i do to fix this?

crank position is in the dist. wiring. check the wiring

wiring was redone and it was working fine now i got this code and it wont rev past 3000 rpm it did before but now it wont so it cant be the wirig!

try a known good distributor,or possible ecu mismatch
