13.2 is a little more believable, but that is still significantly quick. Either it is tuned really, really well or your buddy is fibbing on numbers.

if you want high 200 or in the 200 range you can use dsm 450cc injectors but since your car is a 94(or i'm assuming) you will need to run a resistor box with it....a 60 trim turbo is just fine...for you hp range...track numbers? thats all dependent on varies things etc traction, driver, tire pressure...you can piece a reasonablely good honda/acura turbo kit for about 1000 consider using a few use parts and with patiences...good luck guy....
