Yeah, they're just pressed in. I was gonna suggest heating up the area of the mani surrounding it with a torch, but that would definitely fuck up your paint. I'm pretty sure you could get it out by smashing/mangling it into submission, but there's always the risk that it will break off and leave a piece behind.Well, See I've tried to just twist it, like I do on ALL my other manifolds (and cars I wiretuck), with some pliers, but it just don't work. It starts to twist the fitting itself and bend the metal, so I don't feel like ripping a hole in it and having a vacuum leak to deal with... so it'll stay for now.
Are those just compression-fit fittings btw? how do you get them out/in? heat the mani/chill the fitting kinda like valve guides?
