Update!
Worked on the car all day and most of the night! Got a LOT done, and I'd venture to say I'm about 95% complete.
I've got to finish:
-Oil Drain
-Hot side piping
-Mount bumper
-Compression check to see if that headgasket is gonna leak! :eek:
-And of course tuning. I'm sortof scheduled to do it tonight, so I'll have to make sure I'm finished up by 7-8pm.

Drilled out the passages for the Headgasket: ( I called Cometic and they said it was cool)

Installed Valve cover and pulled spark plugs(b/c 1. I bought new ones (BKR7ES-11) and 2. cause we're going to do a compression test first off)

haha I'm an idiot, though. I should have 'started' on the back one, because since I did it last, it looks be best! lol... oh well. These valve covers are a dime a dozen.

I'm going to convert to this pipe asap. it happens to be a perfect fit! I just need to get another (cleaner) BOV flange.

Then I tacked my DP in place so I could bring it down and weld it good.

Congrats, on both having a turbo'd Rex, and on having created a thread on HondaSwap with a massively long life! :D
 
Catch can/breather box
Just don't want any pressure build up in the engine crankcase from blowby - thats when seals blow.

o2 sensor. Anyone think this needs to be post-turbo for any reason? theres one right next to it on my Downpipe, so its a piece of cake to change.

^ X your fingers for tommorrow! My radiator gets in tommorrow, but I might just have to jump the gun and do it first thing in the morning before class (I go it from 12-3 this quarter! last class ftw)

I'm all finished up except for the radiator and tuning!
I welded the oil pan really well and then JBWelded it to seal it all up. Shouldn't have any problems :thumbsup:

Moved the vacuum manifold to a more "neutral" location.

Tommorrow should be startup day!

First off I'm going to need and Retard my cam-gear 3*.
Heres my decision process.
I have 10.5:1 Pistons.
Head is milled .xxx", or .5:1 comp worth.
if .1:1 is changed every .012", that means I'll have to Advance 4* to cover what my head was milled.
but throw my .074" gasket into the mix, (7* retard for that size)
The difference is 3* retarded.

Hopefully someone can understand at least 1 word of that. ^_^
