What are they a set of SI rims or EX rims? Hmm... confused!

The 99-00 Si rims and 2003 EX rims are the same wheels.

i think u mean there were Si on an Ex and u took them off...all the Ex rims are hubs...

No, you're wrong. On the 2003 model Civic EX, it was a dealership option to get the Si wheels. A lot of them came that way and so now the Si rims are easier to find.
