Settled on Garrett GT28rs turbo on ODBI B16 in a 95 civic coupe using stock internals while I build another B16 for more boost in the garage. Planning on ubberdata for tuning

Want to retain A/C so what manifold is the best way to go?
Internal or external wastegate?
What size injectors do I need?
Do I need more fuel pump?
What size intercooler?
Can't say money isn't an object but doing it right is more of an object object.
Any special things to note or look out for from anyone who has been down a similar turbo/engine road?

manifold options are limited with keeping a/c.
your best bet is the inline pro
there are other options out there though that are cheaper.

the disco is internally gated.

injectors- dpends on power.. 550's should hold you over. if you don't want to buy them twice, get some rc 750cc saturated ones. wiring in resistors is t3h gay :)

yup. get a walbro 255 in tank. its the best way and the cheapest way.

ic, 6" high 22 wide, 2 1/2 thick should be plenty and fit without cuttin the bumper support

doing it right-
get good t-bolt clamps and silcon couplers. regular hose clamps suck and you'll pop charge pipes left and right.
get a wideband and EGT guage. monitoring what your car is doing is very important.
so is watching the oil pressure.
