got myslef a lil issue

got a 93 integra rs 5 spd with it constantly stalls when its in gear and try to accelerate , but when theres no load i can rev it to 4000-5000 rpm and wont stall at all. checked my fuel pressure and its within spec, 3 month old distributor( not a rebuild, new ) ,6 months old 1st line ngk plugs n wires, 50k on timing belt n w/p , cleaned throttle body.. what you think it could be .

took the car for an e-test and it failed at idle the HC limit in ontario is 200 ppm n my cars reading at 499 ppm and through CO limit is 1 and its passed with a 0.99 kinda close . still can't figure it out help plz!

not doing the e-test for the government more for diagnostic, im just doing it to figure out why my car sputters and valves ping after 3000 rpm , I know it not the timing , nor the fuel pump , also replaced pcv valve it was plugged but still no change in performance , any suggestions

are you sure its not the timing? cuz it kinda sounds like it.

its definatly not the timing cuz I put the timing light 2 it last week
