almost sounds like you've got what i had a couple of weeks ago. only i never threw up cuz i've had acid reflux for over 3 years now, and i've gotten really good at not throwing up. i called my doctor from back home, and all she told me to do was take two immodium every 6 hours and take some pepto before i ate and then call her if i wasn't better. i had a couple of relapses and took more immodium since then, and after the immodium build-up in my system there were ROCKS coming out of my ass.
