p72 controls the secondary butterflies.. p30 doesnt

where are the secondary butterflies located? I have a edelbrock performerX intake manifold, just wondering if they are located in the stock manifold.

Im running a PR3 ecu that wouldnt control the 2nd butterflies, so im gonna look for a p72 unless I dont need it due to the new manifold.

i have a b18b1 in my 93 hatch and the guy b4 me had a p72 in it and i put the p75 back in b.c it was running like shit. and it got a little better but im not sure whats going on bc when you first start the car is sites a 2g rpms and the slowly comes down and the if you stab the gas to rev it, its not resopnsive at all... some points you floor it and it does nothing not even rev or anything. im not sure if its vacuum related or electric or even fuel but im completely lost...
