modify half shafts to fit b16 swap

i was wondering what hasport is talking about modifying half shafts to fit a b16 swap into a 88 crx hf. the hasport sit said that 90 -93 integra shafts would work with modyfing .what type of mods does it take. thanks

i believe that Hasport says if your B16 came with a Y1 transmission and intermediate shaft, the 90-93 integra driver's side axle won't fit due to length of intermediate shaft - if you have S1, A1 or J1 transmission and intermediate shaft, the 90-93 integra axles are fine - in any case you need to swap the HF knuckles/hubs with ones from 88-91 Civic/CRX DX or Si - the B16A's with the Y1 transmission have engine serial number that begins with number 5
