So I get home with my hub and spindle, sit down in my kitchen waiting for some food to cook when I see an asshole piggy sitting out front of my house.

I wait a few minutes thinking maybe he's doing something that doesn't involve me. Finally I go outside to see what he was doing.

Well these stupid bastards around me decided to file a complaint...and now they're gonna have a war. I have 24 hours to move my cars. Because the Audi and the civic are in the street. The Audi has been sitting there for I dunno MAYBE 2 weeks because UPS sucks. The civic has been out there for probably around the same because the guy has to come pick it up. Anyway, I ask the pig whats going on.

He says "I'm towing your cars"

"uhh, WHY?"

"Becasue they're in the street"

"Ok, what does that have anything to do with anything?"

"You're pieces of shit have been here for almost 2 weeks and are disabled."

"What's your point?"

"Your neighbors are complaining"

"That's great, so why wasn't I notified?"

"I did, I left a piece of paper in the gray ones windshield"


I go over and this motherfucker had it folded almost under the hood, practically in the engine bay



"Ok, how was I supposed to know that was there?"

"It's there isn't it?"

"Yea, that's nice, but it isn't visible"

"Like I said it's there"

"What the fuck, I'm waiting for parts for the Audi, I'll show you the reciepts, it's not my fault UPS sucks. I was at the machine shop 20 minutes ago, to get the parts ready. Do you really want me to go inside and get it?"

"No, I don't care. And for you being a prick. I'm going to summons you"

"Uh huh, that's rich"

"But I am going to be nice...I'll give you 24 hours to remove your vehicles or put them in the driveway"

"Oh yea, thanks a lot buddy"

"This is your warning, I can tow these right now"

"I don't get it, I didn't know I couldn't have them in the road. I'll show you proof I'm waiting for the parts"

" I already told you, I don't care. Do you have a license?"

"Yea..."

"Well, you should know this then"

"I didn't"

"I left you the note to remove them"

Then I told him, fine I'll move them and walked away with my summonses.

FUCKING DOUCHEBAG...Every single one of my neighbors are on watch. Parked the wrong way...911. Their car partially in the street...911. Being too loud....911. Kids left thier toys in their yard, 911. Anything possible I can find, 911. I don't even care if one of them didn't do anything, I find something wrong, 911. I will walk/drive around the block everyday looking for the smallest thing.

They started it and I'm gonna put up a fight. I don't bother them and they want to bother me, that's not how I deal with things. They could have came to me, if they were too embarrased, put a fucking note in my mailbox.

its not all dirty. just like not all of CT is dirty.

no one gives a shit in my hometown. my neighborhhod is full of muscle cars and imports being worked on. therefore at times there are disabled vehicles in the street. who gives a fuck? unless it inhibits me driving down the road, not me. however at school you cant park in the street because its a college town, you can park ANYWHERE on your property though.

Nope...they did this once before with a completely different situation and I let it go. They did this when I parked on the side of the street, I let it go. They did this when I needed my driveway plowed last year and they bitched about where I put the snow.

I'll at least get the Audi in the driveway if not the garage.

I have been sued, currently standing, 9 times. That means I have gone to court more than 15 times. I countersued twice to stop their suits.

They own a part of my parent's driveway. It's an old neighborhood, with a dirt road - at one point, they owned all of the land. And their predecesors had family in the neighborhood - so they divided it up fairly. In the process, everywhere at my parent's house that you park, except one spot, is their property.

And I came back from Colorado and found a dent on my car, from their suburban which they park next to it. Lemme clarify this: They park their vehicles in OUR driveway. I went to the door to talk to them. They slammed the door in my face. 45 minutes later, the police are there with harassment charges against me. The war begins.

It's 2000. The suit comes up - They want no one to park on their land. That means, they are taking us to court to stop us from parking in front of our house. We "are allowed" to keep one car in the driveway, the rest parked down the road a bit where our land begins again. They lose.

They sue again. I'm working on my cars on their property. I have a cease and decist order. I can't open the hood of a car parked outside. It has to be in that one spot. They win.

They sue again for damages. Oil spots under the cars. They win. I have to clean up the spots.

They sue again for the titles to my cars. Let that sink in. They want my 87CRX, my 73 Firebird, my 81 Celica and my 87 Supra. They don't want the Civic. The grounds is that since they remained on their property for 30 days without being moved, the cars were legally theirs. They lose. (I personally fought that one). But I have to get out every 30 days and move the cars.

They Sue again when the town passes an unregistered car ordinance. You are allowed one unregistered car on your property, that must be insured. I register all the cars in Maine and retaliate: I catch the old man on camera stealing my valve stem caps. My girlfriend catches the old man stealing HER valve stem caps. Suit is dropped.

Town is involved. I have to remove the cars. My neighbor offers to take the Firebird and put it in his yard, right on the property line. My lawsuit neighbors decide they are going to build a fence INFRONT OF MY CARS. That means, they are trying to fence my cars into the driveway. Police action stops this, and a new court battle is initiated.

The new suit is frivolous. They want us to pay for a new road to be installed, that takes the old road off their property. Yeah right. They lose.

They are now ordered to build a new road at their expense if they want to sue anymore. So they instead decide a new tactic.

Dumping. They are dumping bags of litter in our driveway. They walk their dog in our driveway. And they put up a pile of large rocks where we back up to leave, to ensure we don't back up into their property.

We are all now used to the pile of rocks, and have elected to back onto their grass (My step sister goes all the way to their front door) and we turn around to leave the road.

I've left the house since the 7th lawsuit, and they are no longer about me. My CRX currently occupies the unregistered section of the driveway. We have, on purpose, 3 junked cars sitting right on our border, facing their house. They wake up every morning to 3 junked, dented and smashed up cars. If you have a 4WD you're encouraged to drive through their back yard (Public lands) and park with your headlights on their bedroom windows. High beams. Stay for a while.

Now, Beat that.

haha, I have a feeling this will eventually have to be handled in court.

I WILL press harassment charges on every single person on the block if it keeps up and the police continue to refuse to tell me who it is. I guess I could press charges without them telling me, then handle it when we get to court, because this has happened a few times already. I've had encounters with SP Police numerous times because of complaints.

I never did anything to these people. When I was a kid, I went to a different block for halloween because my grandparents didn't want me going around here. These are stuck up rich people.

I think it was last summer I had my 944 and LST civic, I used to do like 35-40mph during the day and like 60-70 after dark when no kids were around (there are NO posted limits on this block, but I was somewhat considerate). This was the only real confrontation I had with ONE neighbor, the other was the russian bitch accross the street because of the snow, the others were "anonymous" and I talked to the police who wouldn't release any information.

Anyway, it was like 4 PM and I'm doing like 35 mph. These little kids were in their BACKYARD playing ball. Most of their parents/family were in the front yard. So I'm riding by in my 944 when this old fuck starts yelling "SLOW THE FUCK DOWN ASSHOLE". Heh heh, I floor it, whip it around the little intersection, ebrake style, pull in their driveway and ask

"What's the problem here?"

This old motherfucker says a little nervous "You were speeding"

"No, I wasn't, would you like to take a walk around the block to show me ANY posted speed limit?"

"You need to slow down, there's kids playing here"

"Uhh, those kids are in a closed FENCED backyard, they're 2-3 years old and can't reach the latch. FUCK OFF ASSHOLE"

And I pull out, back up a little to pull out directly in front of their house. Rev it up to I dunno, 6k and dump the clutch.

No cops were called and they never said anything else to me on that situation. Then my mailbox ended up broken and my garbage cans knocked over every garbage day (the garbage men bitched at us, cause it wasn't wind knocking over full 50-60lb cans). So I took the exhuast off the civic EVERY night for a week and rode around the block at 3 AM redlining first or second. Since I wasn't sure if it was them, I had to go around the entire block.

Maybe that's what pissed them off, but I never had any complaints or "disabled vehicles" in the road.

They've all lived there forever and hate my family because 18 years ago, my father had to commit his felonies and federal offenses and ran so the FBI, 15 cops, K-9 units and such aquired a warrant and raided our house...COPS were everywhere and of course he was there so the neighbors had to experience 5 cops escorting my father into a cop car and me at like 7 months old and my sister at 1 something taken into a DYFUS vehicle.

Our neighbors just called my mom's friends in for child abuse because they were play wrestling.
They pulled em over, and gave them 3 tickets, none for child abuse though.
Coincidentally i hear their windows are going to be real easy to see out of in the next couple weeks.
They're new to the neighborhood and are going to learn the hard way to mind their own fucking business.

I live on a corner lot with 1 house across the side street with 0 cars evrr parked on it. My sammi was parked there for 2 mounths when out of the blue I was towed. Well I talked to the 1 house I could have been and turned out it wasn't them. Well the next phone call was to a friends mother that works for the police service. Two days later I find out the fucker that complained lived 4 blocks away from me. So to this day I still have not done a thing cause 4 blocks is to far to walk

BTW it's a Maryland state law that a car CANNOT be left on a road disabled. If your car is parked on a public street, tagged, and in working order. unless theres a sign stating you cant park there you can leave your car there for however long you want. As long as its not disabled.

If you have flat tire or your drive shaft is sitting on the ground you get towed.

There's always two sides to things.... If I saw 2 cars sitting on the road that I knew didnt work. unless you (came to me and told me what you were up to) I would have called the cops on your ass.

When I moved into my apartment I went to the person that sits below me and had a nice talk with them about how I write music and even though I use headphones they might beable to still hear the sounds from my keyboard (key action making noise) I told them if they have ANY ISSUES whatsoever to call me heres my card just let me know if theres any issues.

I'd do the same thing if I were to have a car on the streets. I don't care if its right next to your drive way it's still on the streets. I would have told the 2-3 houses next to me what the story was on the cars. Then if you had any issues with the police you could have at least had that to fall back on. even if you were still breaking the law.

Now you're going to do something else in return and the shits going to hit the fan. I hope you have fun.

They all saw me have it towed to the house, working on the car, they saw me under it, around it, watched me take the shit apart.

They know I work on all my cars.

I could understand if it were some random person who left their car there and didn't do ANYTHING with it, just left it there.

After I got done doing what I was doing for the day, I cleaned up all the tools and everything around it. I covered the rear of the car where the suspension was missing with tarp and secured it down so the missing suspension wasn't visible or would the tarp wouldn't blow away.

I told the cop I would put it back on four wheels and take it apart when my parts get here, so it doesn't appear disabled in the least. His answer was "I know it's disabled, so I'll tow it".

I made every precaution and the nieghbors around me knew damn well I was working on fixing it so there was no need for a memo or whatever.
