Still somewhat speculative, but it looks like the medical examiners report says good ol Billy may have been using coke. Which contributed to his heart condition and eventually his death. Shocking!

Yea, that was near the top of the article. Also I pointed out it was a contributing factor not the sole cause. The tox screen said he'd last used it around three days prior to his death. Along with a list of various strong pain killers and anti-anxiety meds.
