im not positive but they may just bolt right in, if not then you need to take the mounts off of your ef seats and put them on the ek seats, just like if you were to buy a aftermarket seat.

i put the seats in and they sit to high and the bolt patterns a little off and the mount setup is diffrent from my seat to the ek seats maby i should just buy racing seats
as i explained above you will need to splice the mount setup...
but did you sit the seat in with the ek mount setup or just the seat in?
and before you go spending hundred of dollars on racing seats perhaps you should look for some alternatives
see the good thing about honda's are that there so compatible so if you go hunt for some seats of the same years as your ef then you may be able to find a better fit...not quiet as sexy as the ek seats but still a nice alternative
and just for a forenote next time you wana start a new topic you may just want to use the search function
swap the brackets. the whole assembly from one seat to another. your ef brackets sit lower than the ek brackets, thats the main reason the seats sit high.
uh yea i cant swap the bases on the seats the ef seats have one side that bolts to the bottom of the seat and the other side bolts on the side and on the ek seats both bases bolt on the side
