I heard thunder and had the clouds behind me.(i have 2 big glass windows facing the pool are) and think i better hit the house asap.

NOT A FREAKING DROP. not one at all. thats florida for you

oh well. today feels good. Mrs Taco made me get up and run with her this morning. ran about 1 1/2 and walked the rest. i ran 3 miles ish 2 days ago,1 mile last night as well as weights so i was sore...

Yup, FL weather indeed. Sometimes it isn't so funny when I'm out on the bike. I need to do some running again, I'm feeling uber lazy. GL staying motivated.
