Unusual jingling noise coming from my 92' Civic DX

The noise occurs at lower RPMs, the noise is coming from the front of the car. When I accelerate, it intensifies until the car builds RPMs. It intensifies up until about 3000ish RPMs, so I only hear it when I'm lugging it around. Like I said it is a jingling noise (there isn't anything dragging on the ground). I'm just assuming it isn't a normal noise, I don't know if the noise indicates wear, I realize my description of the sound isn't all that detailed. But it's a metallic semi-high pitch jingling noise coming from what sounds to be the engine compartment.

If anyone has any ideas as to what the noise is, I would like to hear them.

loose bolt? tranny cover loose?

could be windage tray in oil pan or flywheel inspection cover you could just run it until problem manifests check oil
