ya singe camz gots one stage where its just the intake valves open up
b-swaps or dohc like the gsr gots two where its the intake and exhaust
i heard something bout 3 stage...someting bout these older ZC motors from japan that are like dseries and a dohc Dseries motors. im not too sure how it works
but i know if u listen to a a gsr on a dyno you can hear to sexy vtec cross-overs
