This is a front shot of the car. It doesn't look all too bad, but there is a new bumper cover on it, and the radiator support is smashed.. unfortunately, I didn't get pics of the smashed support, oh well. You can see in this pic that the passenger headlight is way out of alignment, pushed back and over. The driver's is sunken in.. This is because of the support damage.
Just another shot of the front... You can see the hood damage, but the pics don't do it justice, it was pretty bad.
This is the new radiator support all welded in, after having the "frame" straightened. You can see the blingin' new styrofoam piece, too.
This is the car with the new front end bolted up. New bumper cover, hood, rad support, and projector headlights.
Another view of the front, I know the pics suck, will get better ones.
This is the interior as recieved. Pretty crappy shape. Notice that the radio bezel is cracked in half and missing the lower half. You have to pull the entire dash to change that critter out.. When looking for that part, I thought it was going to cost 10-15 bucks.. I was wrong, aparently they are infused with gold or something, and you have to pay disgusting amounts even for a used one.. this one cost $60.. Most go for around $100... Crazy stuff. The speedometer didn't work, and there was no tachometer in the gauge cluster.. That won't work. Nope.
This is the car after I yanked the dash. Its true, things have to get worse before they can get better.
Ahh, thats a little better.. After the dash is re-installed.. back to stock. Note the new gauge cluster... Had to have a tach!
Another pic of the interior, just a different view.. New radio bezel installed. I'm stereo shopping now : ) looking at alpine stuff.. grown tired of Pioneer.
Also, the steering wheel is stained pretty bad.. Gonna have to fix that, clean it or replace it, whichever is easier..
Looking for paint, probably going to end up with phantom gray pearl ppg stuff... Keep it the stock color, I think its sexy : )
Well, Thats it for tonight, folks. Enjoy!
