Ok heres there deal, I will be puting NSX calipers on my 97GSR at some point, when i do i would like to use my GSR brakes on the EF is that possible. Would i have to use knuckes off an EG or something like, or is it not even possible. I dont know what swaps over and what fits from the newer to the older.

you can do it, but it will fuck up your camber/toe/caster like none other, you'll need a camber kit/good alignment shop who will most likly bend your spindles to get you set straight.

WHAT! You need to explain better? Whats fucks it up that bad? using EG knuckles? And if thats the case you say a camber kit will fix there right? If thats the case will it fix it perfect or kinda half ass?

The only steering knuckle/hub assembly that won't fuck up an EF's alignment, yet will support the larger brakes is the 90-91 civic EX. Using the eg/da/dc etc. will position your hub assembly such that your camber/toe/caster is messed up real bad, what causes this? obviously the postion of the assmebly, which is caused by different lengths/bends in the knuckles/upper control arm postioning. A shop I can refer you too (very near my place, so we can chill) will get you set straight, but you'll have a bitch of time getting there, you should be able to set it straight as well with a camber kit, but i have not done this personally, but it makes sense knowing the compents and effects of the kit. The shop charges 150 to fix the real fucked up camber btw...

Will the ones listed at pasword jdm work? And i saw something a bout Da traling arms for rear disk? whats the deal? Is there any where i can decifer the vin for this hatch?

I wanna use GSR calipers and rotors front and back on this car along with some ground controls, it has rear drumb though i have been told its an SI. I was under the impreshin all Si's had rear disk. if its not an Si i need to get dirrferent rear LCA's correct? And i know ineed a bigger brake booster but witch one?

IF that's the case, why does Hmotorsonline send 90-91 teg spindles/hubs with their swaps for HF's and Stdr's?

The Integra Disc brake quesiton...

yes the complete rear trainling arms will bolt onto the Civic/CRX... I think you need to use your stock LCA's or Si LCA's (to retain or add a Sway Bar) and you'll need 91 CRX Si Ebrake Cables... as far as rear brake lines go you should be able to get away with anything made for the 91 CRX si... if that doesnt work I believe you can use lines for an Integra. You may also need to swap booster and proportioning valve from the Integra as well... otherwise you may experience a mushy pedal... itll stop still though, lol.

[Captain Obvious] Just becasue they sell them to you doesn't mean that they will be good for your alignment [/Captain Obvious]

Trust me bro, I personally did this on my HF after I had my swap for a while and wanted bigger brakes, your alignment gets fucked up, my car would do automatic u-turns if you let the wheel go hahaha, but if you don't believe, theres like 122345 threads about it on honda-tech...HOWEVER, buttom line is that although some will say don't do it because you can never get your aligment set straight, a good front end shop will prove this wrong-as in my case.

Which ones are those?, yes DA trailing arms will work fine for rear disk, go to the pick-a-part in Ontario (in the street riceing area) on Milliken, yes you can figure out the Vin number, isn't reference materials on here about that?, but if not its a ht thread. Yeah 90-91 si rexs had rear disk, i don't think that is true for the EFs, and yeah you'll want a biggber MC/Booster/Proportionating valve, get a 15/16ths MC and matching booster, or if you just want a bigger MC, the 90-91 civic EX has the 15/16 with a direct bolt in to your exisiting booster

Im still kinda lost? What was it you put on your rex mike? You had what ever it was bent to fix the cambe correct? If yes could it have been corrected with a camber kit? Whats gonna be the mmost easy/best way to get the GSR brake calipers and disks on there fornt and back, yet still leave me able to use a sway bar in the back with a GC set up, cause thats the goal here.

Well if your gonna use hub/knuckle assembly on the Gisser still, then you'll need a hub/knuckle assembly for the EF, the ones on there won't support the larger rotors/calipers, so you'll either need to find another set of gsr hubs/knuckles, to put those rotors/calipers, or other compatible assembly, if you do this, your alignment will be messed up, i don't know for sure if it is correctable by a camber kit, but i see no reason why it wouldn't be knowing the elements of a camber kit, what I do know for sure is that an alignment shop right by my house can correct it via bending the spindles, they do a TON of cars and a good amount of swapped hondas, I always see swaped cars over there and I have heard other repuitable people recommend them as well...

What I would recommend is this, take a drive up to HMO and give Steve 50 bucks cash for a set of JDM DA front assemblys, then since this is going to be a sick ass road race car get whatever rotors/pads you want, like brembo blanks and hawk pads, you will still have the alignment problem, and solve it like I said above, as for the rears, do a search, its been covered a shit load of times and im to lazy to type it out. . .
