HELP OBD0 to OBD1 in a EF

I bought a ls/vtec and I want OBD1, can i just use the OBD1 engine harness or it has to be the whole harness inside and outside? I have a Civic Si 1991. Please someone can tell me.

use your stock si harness just the engine bay harness, and then just run a few wires for vtec, oh yea and dont forget to buy the obdo to obd1 jumper harness

OK thanks but what happend with the p28 I want to use a p28 what's the next step? I really appreciate your help.

Like he said....get the OBD0-OBD1 jumper harness. It will come with instructions and you'll know what to do from there.
