i think i would like to stay obd0, been researching this since i posted. i found a few write ups but nothing promising, even been on pgmfi forums but nobody's too friendly there. any body got a good site or write i can go see that covers obd0 tuning?
what's the best way to go for someone new to ecu tuning? currently have an obd-0 setup. is it worth trying to tune or should i swap to obd-1 and go from there? i hear good things about crome but also hear it's not newbie friendly.
i have a b16a1 and a b18a in my garage and want to build a 400+ hp turbo monster. i plan on sleeving the block but would like to know the advantages and disadvantages of both.
the tuning's not a problem. i got a friend that handles all my tuning he hooks up his lap top and chip burner and off to the dyno we go. as far as throwing parts together.........i thought that was the name of the game. yes it's true i don't have the top of line parts or of the same company but...
thanks, shot peened rods it will be. my goal is to hit12's you think my current list of mods will do it. my semi stripped crx with my built b16 weighs in at exactly 2000lbs with no driver.the 20 will be going in this rex. wanna stay all motor any advice?
they a good or bad idea? who can i get to do it? will they hold up? what's an affordable set of rods if not? i'm working on my n/a b20/vtec. my guess is around 200whp at around 8-8500rpm. mods are:
b20b block 85mm
rs pistons 11.7comp
rods (undecided)
arp rod bolts
fidanza 7.5lb flywheel

i'm working on a n/a b20/vtec to go in my crx, i just got my block back from the shop bored to 85mm. i think i'm going with the rs 12:1 pistons not sure on rods yet. what's the best header for this setup? currently have a greddy 421 header but not sure it will work with the b20 swap. i drag it...
thanks, i have 370 injectors and if changing the rods will let me hit 8k i'll change em was planning on it anyways, my crower stage 2 cams need at least 11.5 compression so what's a good piston/rod combo to go with? b20/vtec bored to 85mm. thanks for the input.
my bad i worded that wrong, after looking at my dyno sheet i peak around 8k drop off is 92. sorry for the confusion. no one awnsered my b20 question what can i do to safely rev to 8500-9k
