there's been known idling issues with OBD1 P13 ecu's, especially when dropping an H22 engine into a civic. It was pinpointed that the EGR is to blame for this, even if the P13 ecu is chipped -- that won't necessarily fix the idling issue. As far as I've seen, there is no P13 program available...

<_< ...lol...what do you think Hondata is? its form of reprogramming (chipping) your ecu. A P28 needs to be socketed (just like being chipped) in order for Hondata's system to communicate to the ecu & work their magic on the ecu.

yes, like E_SolSi mentioned, you will have to wire in VTEC manually. 90-91 US integra's never came with VTEC wiring dormant in the underdash like 92 civics do. Using a P28 will be easy if you own a 92-93 integra. Does your integra's make fall under the 92-93 year? if so good, your car is OBD1...

DITTO. I've seen some people use a SOHC dizzy on their B-series engine, and it worked, but it didn't last long. Car starts to run shitty. B-series dizzy is the only way. really makes me wonder why people skimp on important-ass things like this (and converting an OBD1 vehicle to OBD-0 spec)...
