ok i got my car back from the shop with the b16a1 installed in a 90 civic HB si. Now the engine check is on. ummm the ecu that i got is jdm and it should have a rev limiter at 8200 they said. Now here's where the problem is. i'm driving and all of a sudden the engine check light turns off and...

its not a newly built engine. I just got it in from jdmhondaparts.com... what do you think i shoudlnt' take the engine on a 400 mile trip?

i was told that when i get my b16 i need to get a compression test and leak down test.. then have a 500 mile break in period before i start to race that sucker? so i was thinking about taking my car the day i get it on a 400 mile trip up north? what do you guys think?

The Zc was fully built by Spoon. My friend gave it to them to rebuilt. Spoon cam shafts pistons all the works.

update on my engine guys... i went to go check it out the guy says he has to clean it up. It leaks some oil out of the rings? Good or bad thing? heehhe

There is this one guy who has a b16 head wtih a b18c1. what is the advantage of that?
