Is there anyway to fix my seatbelts so they actually roll up when i'm not using them. I know it's just because of age and i drive a 95 dx hatch. When I unhook my seatbelt it just pretty much stays in the same spot and dosent roll up. Is there anyway to fix this?

Well im either thinking if swapping a d16z6 and turbo'in it, or im thinkin of swapping a b16a2, which would be cheaper? which do you think would work better for my 95 dx hatch? and which do you think would be the easier swap? thanks

i have a dx so will i have to weld a metal strip where the trim was and also paint the metal strip??? could i just paint the trim instead of doing all that??? i dont have the materials to weld and paint.... thanks
