Hey everyone.
I'm wondering if there was ever a 1.8L Fuel Injected Prelude engine. Does anyone know? All the ET2 and A18 engines were carbed, were they not? If anyone has any information/links on this issue, I would appreciate it for a project I am working on.

Actualy there was a F.I. A18A1 made it was introduced to the 87 Si model which is still SOHC and fits all your mounts. The engine size is a 1.8 even though it says 2.0 and will fit in earlier models.

Why would they tag a 1.8 as a 2.0?

Look at the '86-'89 Accords. They have so much in common with the Prelude its not even funny. You can use their brakes, engines, trannies, suspension pieces, etc, etc.
