89 civic dx mini me swap help

so i have a 1989 civic hatch dx and i have a d16y7 with a y8 head and i was just wondering what would be the best and easiest route to do the swap and what would i need to make the swap possible anything helps thanxs

for starters an obd-0 to obd-1 conversion harness if coverting to mpfi . I am only guessing a y8 head is vtec so you'll need to create a subharness as well as the correct ecu.

the car is mpfi so you will need to convert to dpfi,aslo you will need to get a geadgasket/timing belt for the head your putting on,take the oil control jet out of the block,get the obd1 conversion harness(www.rywire.com)
and the ecu for the vtec head
