Other than that Im not sure, maybe a higher cam lift, better air to engine, better fuel, Honda does crazy shit like that.

i have an a4, and it has a regular ol' stock header, which i doubt its any diffrent then the a1.

yeah my a4 has a stock header but they wouldnt change the casting numbers just for the header.I figured it would be internal .

From what I read, the 90-91 Accords came stock with a 2.0 liter engine, and the ex's came with the 2.2 liter engine. There might be a few changes from one to the other. In the 92-93 EX engines, the added a header, a different intake manifold, and a different cam. They look almost identical. 92-93 EX engine was the F22A6 = 135 hp

Just a few little changes, for just a few more horsepower, period.

all 90-91 accords came with the F22A motor

Oh yeah, duh, brainfart, I was thinking of the JDM 2.0 liter engines, which have higher compression, and 20 more horsepower. My bad. Later

I have a 91 EX Coupe with an F22A1...but I have a wrecked '93 Prelude S with the F22A4. The motor from the prelude is fine...do you think it would be worth the trouble to swap?

Nope. It's pretty much the same damn engine.

Oh yeah, next time, start your own thread for the question.

No worries. Next time you're banned though.

:D

Thanks for the compliments on my ride. The swap wasn't too bad, I was amazed at how easily it went it.
