i have a 96 civic dx with a 99 ls swap, the problem that im having is that the ecu on the vehicle is not reading but the vehicle is running great. when i took it to inspection the car didn't pass. when i scan it: it reads can't established a connection.. the ecu is p75 with conversion harness. what should i do next to solve this problem. if someone can possibly help...
