97' Honda Civic Dx Hatchback

I have a 97' honda civic dx hatchback with the stock 14' wheels no it. I wanted to know if i could put 15 x 6.5 +38mm wheels or 16 x 7 +40mm wheels on my vehicle without any ajustments or rubbing???

Yes you can put 15 or 16 inch tires on your Civic. I Have the exact same car as you and i upgraded and put 18 inch tires on my civic with 18 inch Zr rated tires It handles beautifully.

i got 17x7 and i have no problem just depends on if you lowering it or not!
