a buddy of mine has a 90 accord ex. he went out tonight and 2 blocks later his car made a popping noise and the check engine light came on. now the car will start and idle is ruff. when you step on the gas its dies.
i looked for a plug for the check engine light and cant find it. neep help with finding the plug or how do i check the codes for the ecu.
i checked the plugs and they are all fine. I am thinking it might have jumped timing but dont have a a flashlight and its dark. my buddy told me that the motor was rebuilt 20000 mile ago.
