alternator swap

Hey guys, i got a 94 prelude and my friend said he'd sell me his alternator from his 94 dx. Will it work fine on my car? thanks for any info you guys can give me.

as far as i know it will not bolt up
i know B seried and D series are different
i would immagine that H or F series would be different as well
