another obd1 question

okay I did a search and came up with the same crap over and over. I know to convert a obd2 motor to obd1 you have to change the dizzy.injectors and ecu but my question is does it matter if the dizzy is out of a d series car or is there even a differance between a b series dizzy and a d series dizzy?

I asked the same question and was told that you cant use a D-series dizzy on any B-series motor. I have the same problem... Got an OBD2 computer, and an OBD1 dizzy...

yes it matters.


d series motor = d series dizzy

b series vtec motor = b series vtec dizzy

b series non vtec motor = b series non vtec dizzy

did you try to use the d series dizzy on the b series motor yet
