ok so you all probably read my other post about school.
well i have been thinking about changin majors now. i know that basically i will have to start all over, but whatever. seriously, i just don't feel like being here in SD and going to this school is right for me. i can't really explain it, it just doesn't feel like its the right thing for me.
there's a one option i have if i do want to stay in architecture, which is that there is another architecture school here in SD called New School of Architecture (hoping maybe DOHCVTECaccord might know somethin about em). basically the school is alright. i could go there from the start and do all 5 years there. like i said before, i am tired of the community college bullshit. I just feel like i would be a lot more motivated and productive if i was at the damn architecture school. the big drawback is that instead of going to community college for free, i'd be paying tuition for this school. the otehr drawback is that i have heard that this school is not quit as good as the one i originally wanted to go to.
so, now back to other majors. i basically would like to stay somewhere in the design field, construction, art, or atleast using some type of creativity. I loked up the incomes and job outlook on a few jobs and came up with some ideas. BTW all of these are jobs i'd be interested in, just want some opinions on what you might know about em.
-construction management
-engineering, either structural, mechanical, or electrical
-advertising
-marketing
i know i already forgot some, but you get the idea. any other ideas?
any input would be cool. Thanks
