b16a or b18a beter for turbo????

i have a b16a1 and a b18a in my garage and want to build a 400+ hp turbo monster. i plan on sleeving the block but would like to know the advantages and disadvantages of both.

if your gunna sleeve the block go all out a get the mid sleeves they good for 50lbs of boost. if i were you i would do a ls vtec you will make over 400hp with 25lbs
